100 Women: Cambodian girl's fashion dream

In October, the BBC ran a season called 100 Women that brought people from vastly different backgrounds together, in the hope they would inspire one another.

We paired several of the women up as mentors and mentees. Several pairs struck up a good relationship, but one stood out in particular.

This is the story of Rubana Huq, a textile magnate from Bangladesh, and Srey Mom Ang, a Cambodian girl who grew up on a rubbish dump - but who dreamed of being a fashion designer.

Ilona Vinogradova followed the women on their journey as they travelled to each others' home cities and began a working relationship.
