Fukushima: Is fear of radiation the real killer?

It is three years to the day since Japan was hit by a massive earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster.

Latest government figures show an alarming number of nuclear evacuees are dying because of suicide and illnesses related to anxiety and depression.

The number who have died since the disaster now exceeds the number of Fukushima residents killed in the initial earthquake and Tsunami.
