Rice from Fukushima goes on sale in Singapore

Rice produced in in the Fukushima area of Japan, which suffered a nuclear disaster in 2011, has gone on sale in Japanese supermarkets in Singapore.

Singapore has some of the strictest food safety standards in the world, and farmers hope that passing them could lead to improved global confidence in their rice.
