India and Pakistan floods: 'We had no warning'

Rescue teams are battling to retrieve hundreds of thousands of people stranded by damaging floods in India and Pakistan.

In Indian-administered Kashmir, the capital Srinagar is submerged with many residents waiting for rescue on rooftops.

Reefat Drabu narrowly escaped the flooding while visiting her family home there. She believes the local authorities should have done more to warn people.

Leaders of both countries have offered to help each other provide relief.
