Chief minister defends Kashmir flood response

As Indian administered Kashmir begins the clear-up after devastating floods that killed more than 200 people, the man in charge of the state has defended the relief and rescue effort.

Although thousands were rescued, many survivors have complained the government's response was slow and inadequate.

The BBC's Andrew North met Omar Abdullah, the chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, and asked him if he was considering resigning.
