North Korea cyber-attack 'a symbol'

North Korea's internet is back online after it was completely shut down for almost 10 hours on Monday.

It is still not clear what caused the internet stoppage, but experts say it could be anything from a cyber attack to a simple power failure.

The shutdown follows America's vow to respond to the highly damaging cyber-attack on Sony Pictures that Washington blames on Pyongyang.

The BBC's Stephen Evans reports from Seoul.
