Bangladesh drama breaks childbirth taboo
Filmmakers and charity workers are joining forces to raise awareness of the dangers of childbirth in Bangladesh.
The subject is typically considered taboo - a silence which can have negative health consequences for both the mother and child, in a country where 20 mothers a day die of pregnancy-related causes.
The filmmakers and BBC Media Action are trying to break that taboo and are using expertise from the hit UK television drama, Call the Midwife.
