North Korea TV presenter lashes out at South

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ordered his frontline troops to be on a war footing, state media has said.

It comes after an exchange of fire with the South across their heavily fortified border.

The presenter of North Korean state TV lashed out at South Korea saying it had "fabricated the incident of North Korea firing towards the South".
