Myanmar election: Full BBC interview with Aung San Suu Kyi
Myanmar's opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi has told the BBC that the elections were not fair, but had been "largely free" - despite what she described as "areas of intimidation".
Only a small number of seats have been officially declared so far, and Ms Suu Kyi's opposition National League for Democracy (NLD) party has won nearly all of them.
Giving her first interview since the vote, she congratulated the people of Myanmar - and said she is certain the results of the election cannot be sabotaged by the country's military-backed ruling party.
Aung San Suu Kyi spoke to the BBC's Fergal Keane.
