Singapore's robot exercise coach for the elderly

With one of the fastest ageing societies in the world, Singapore has been investing in technology to help care for the elderly.

Xuan, the exercise robot, is one such investment. Developed by a local polytechnic, the robot conducts simple workout sessions for seniors.

Five more robots are due to be rolled out next year, and a more advanced version of Xuan is in the works.
