Rodrigo Duterte will be sworn in as the Philippines' new president in three weeks.

He is a controversial figure who has threatened to kill drug lords and criminals.

His election promise to stamp out crime, drugs and corruption saw him win by a landslide.

But many are concerned he's encouraging a climate of fear and violence.
