Afghanistan crisis: Children malnourished as hospitals collapse

Foreign funds given to the government of Afghanistan ran the country's healthcare system before the Taliban takeover in August 2021. Without them, public hospitals have collapsed.

Malnutrition and diseases like measles and tuberculosis are causing the deaths of children - more than a million are at risk.
