Bans on women an 'internal matter' - Taliban

The Taliban's Director General of Revenue, Mairaj Mohammad Mairaj tells the BBC's Yogita Limaye the Taliban's ban on women's education and work is an internal policy.

He said humanitarian aid and grants should not be related to the issue of women's rights.
