A small group of activists are continuing to call for political and legal reforms in China, despite the tight control of the Communist Party.

Twenty-three years after the massacre at Tiananmen Square, Chinese authorities continue to suppress the memory of it - and those who call for democratic reform.

The country is preparing for its once-a-decade shuffle of its top leaders, with the last leaders from the Tiananmen era due to retire. But there is little hope for political change.
