Frozen sea water glazes China shore

Plummeting temperatures in eastern China have resulted in some spectacular scenes in the coastal city of Yantai.

The conditions led to seawater freezing as soon as it hit the shore.

Elsewhere heavy snow blocked roads and low visibility caused disruption to ports.
