Hong Kong protests: Students blamed for cancelled talks

Hong Kong's chief secretary has said student representatives are to blame for the cancellation of talks aimed at resolving the recent pro-democracy demonstrations.

Carrie Lam said she had "looked forward to a constructive dialogue" with student representatives but that the basis for such talks had been "seriously undermined".
