Hong Kong protests: Fresh talks welcomed

An offer from Hong Kong's Chief Executive to resume talks has been cautiously welcomed by some pro-democracy protesters.

CY Leung made the offer after scuffles between protesters and police continued for a second night on a major road near government buildings.

John Sudworth spoke to one protester, Pen Ng, about whether or not the talks are likely to make a difference.
