Hong Kong chief CY Leung's annual address delayed by protesters

There have been angry protests at Hong Kong's legislature as leader CY Leung prepared to outline his first annual policy address since last year's pro-democracy protests.

The address was delayed by MPs who want Hong Kong to be able to choose its own leader and not just select from a shortlist drawn up by Beijing.

Mr Leung said Hong Kong would "degenerate into anarchy" if it gave in to demands for universal suffrage.
