China's tight controls as Hangzhou welcomes G20 leaders

China is preparing to welcome politicians for the G20 summit, which is made up of leaders of the world's 20 major economies.

The summit is being held in Hangzhou, where many of its residents have left their homes and businesses as a security lockdown takes hold.
