Thai volunteers fight flood risk
Thousands of people are helping to shore up flood defences in Thailand by filling sandbags and draining canals to try to protect homes and businesses.

Thailand's government has now expressed confidence that the capital Bangkok will escape the worst of the flooding.
The BBC's Rachel Harvey reports from the sandbag operation being run by volunteers on the outskirts of Bangkok.
