Over 400 dead in Philippines floods
More than 400 people have been killed and hundreds more are missing after a tropical storm caused devastating floods on the southern Philippines island of Mindanao.
The worst affected areas are the cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan, where winds of 90km/hr blew walls of muddy water through the cities.
