Sydney cafe siege: 'Sea of flowers' as Australia grieves
The siege of a cafe in the Australian city of Sydney has ended, with two hostages dying when police stormed the premises.
Some people, clearly upset, came to the scene of the siege and placed flowers, most in disbelief.
