Pope's 'absolves Jews' in new book about Jesus' life

Pope Benedict has published a new book about the life of Jesus Christ. In it, he absolves the Jews of causing the death of Jesus.

The book has been welcomed by Jews around the world, including the Israeli prime minister, who hailed the Pope's courage.
