Oslo bomb: People still trapped in buildings

A Norwegian government minister has said that people are trapped in buildings after a bomb ripped through an area in central Oslo.

Hans Kristian Amundsen refused to speculate on what the target of the bomb could have been but said the focus now was on rescuing people.
