Oslo bomb: 'You could smell burning from the blast'

An eyewitness has described the moments after the explosion in the centre of the Norwegian capital Oslo.

Olaf Furniss said a large explosion blew out windows in government buildings and struck in the heart of Oslo's shopping district.

Local media report the blast caused damage to the offices of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg who was said to be unhurt.
