Swank regrets attending Chechen president's party

Actress Hillary Swank has said she "deeply regrets" going to a party for the Chechen leader, Ramzan Kadyrov.

Her appearance at the event in Grozny with other Western celebrities angered human rights activists who accuse the president and his forces of the torture and murder of his opponents.
