Cyprus bank crisis: Doors reopen to customers

Queues have formed outside banks in Cyprus which have reopened their doors for the first time in almost a fortnight.

Billions of euros have reportedly been brought into the country as customers face strict controls on all transactions, Mark Lowen reports from Nicosia.
