Czech towns 'under water' as floods worsen

Thousands of people have left their homes in the Czech Republic, where substantial amounts of rain water are threatening to overwhelm flood barriers.

Some Czech towns are already under water and there are warnings that defences could be breached within hours.

At least 10 people have died in the flooding, which has also hit Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
