Catalan restaurant offers unpaid work for the unemployed
A restaurant in Spain is offering unemployed people unpaid work, in exchange for free meals.
La Trobada, in the town of Terrassa near Barcelona, has started the project to give work to some of the thousands of long-term unemployed people in the city.
The majority of the staff cooking, cleaning and serving tables in the restaurant have no paid job.
Organisers say that the project aims to give workers back their self-esteem.
