Did surfer Andrew Cotton catch biggest wave ever?

A plumber from the UK is waiting to hear if he has managed to set a new world record for surfing the biggest wave ever.

Andrew Cotton said he tackled the 80ft (24m) wave following a storm off the Portuguese coast.
