Ukraine crisis: Russian troops block entry to Crimea

Russian soldiers have denied access to a group of unarmed international observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe to the Crimea for the second day running.

Pro-Russian armed men have also intimidated pro-Ukrainian citizens in the region, and surrounded a military base in Sevastopol.

The BBC's John Simpson reports from the Crimean border.
