Ukraine: Merkel warns Russia with further sanctions

Germany has backed EU sanctions on another 12 individuals over Russia's annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.

Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the EU would be ready to impose broader economic sanctions against Russia if there were a further escalation in the country's involvement in Ukraine.
