Crimea crisis: Russian military take over bases

Russian forces have seized all the Ukrainian military bases in Crimea, giving soldiers the choice of leaving the country or pledging allegiance to Russia.

Earlier this month Russia annexed the Crimea region from Ukraine after a referendum considered illegal by Kiev and the West.
