Ukraine crisis: Russia 'launches air military exercise'

Ukraine's Foreign Minister has claimed that Russia has launched an air based military exercise on the Ukrainian border despite a withdrawal of troops earlier this week.

Andrii Deshchytsia told the BBC's David Stern: "Russia is saying one thing and doing another thing at the same time."

The foreign minister said he expects some "concrete steps" toward de-escalating tensions.
