Ukraine crisis: 'Intense gunfire' against rebels in Donetsk

Fighting has been continuing in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, one of the last strongholds of pro-Russian separatists.

The Ukraine military has been on the offensive, saying troops have entered several towns in the area.
