MH17 crash: OSCE releases footage from Ukraine site

A team of 70 Dutch and Australian forensic experts has completed its first full day of searching at the site of the flight MH17 crash in east Ukraine.

Clashes between government troops and pro-Russian separatist rebels had previously prevented the investigators reaching the area.

The investigators travelled in 16 vehicles to the crash site, outside the village of Grabove, and set up base at a chicken farm.

Footage from the scene showed seat belts, shoes and parts of the plane strewn across the area.

The team also found human remains. So far, 227 of the 298 victims have been flown to the Netherlands for identification.
