Fergal Keane: 'The ceasefire in Ukraine is an illusion'
NATO foreign ministers have condemned what they have called Russia's "continued and deliberate destabilisation of eastern Ukraine", although they have given a cautious welcome to the announcement of two local ceasefires.
But there are fears that those will go the way of other ceasefires agreed over the last three months.
More than 1,000 people have died since the wider peace deal was signed in September.
Fergal Keane, and cameraman Tony Fallshaw, have been to rebel-held territory around the city of Donetsk where the bombing continues.
