Fighting in Ukraine as crisis talks continue

There has been more fighting in eastern Ukraine between pro-Russian rebels and government soldiers and more civilian casualties.

France's President Hollande has warned that a French-German peace plan is "one of the last chances" for avoiding a wider war. Leaders have been meeting in Munich to discuss the proposals.
