Ukraine crisis: Ruined town in need of peace

Vuglegirsk used to be a mining town of about 8,000 - now it is a ruin. It has become one of the latest battlefields in eastern Ukraine.

As the situation on the ground deteriorates, the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France hope for progress at peace talks in Belarus's capital Minsk on Wednesday.

It follows discussions over the weekend between the four.
