Ukraine troops in 'organised withdrawal' from Debaltseve

There has been a large scale retreat of government forces in eastern Ukraine after weeks of heavy fighting against Russian-backed rebels.

Despite last week's ceasefire, the battles had intensified in recent days with the rebels determined to take the key town of Debaltseve.
