Ukraine ceasefire 'broadly holding except in hotspots' - OSCE
Alexander Hug from the OSCE security group that is monitoring the ceasefire in Ukraine has said that both sides have failed to enforce the Minsk peace deal.
He said the ceasefire is "holding broadly" but that was not the case in hotspots, such as the cities of Debaltseve and Donetsk.
President Petro Poroshenko has called for UN peacekeepers to be deployed to eastern Ukraine, but Russia has dismissed this demand.
Mr Hug said they would welcome any additional measures which could bring peace to the country.
