Ukraine's Poroshenko warns over Minsk agreement 'violations'
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko says that there will be a "rapid reaction" if there are "further violations" of the Minsk agreement.
Mr Poroshenko warned Russia could not be part of any peacekeeping mission.
"Russia, as aggressor, cannot, and will not, take part in this peacekeeping operation," he said.
Mr Poroshenko was speaking, via a translator, at a press conference about his meeting with EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
