Ukraine crisis: Donetsk marks Defender of Fatherland Day

Ukraine has delayed the promised withdrawal of heavy weapons, blaming rebels for continued violations of the ceasefire reached in Minsk.

Rebel leaders, who have yet to pull back their heavy weapons, have made similar accusations.
