Ukraine: Fighting breaks out again despite ceasefire monitors

There has been a surge in fighting between government troops and pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine despite diplomatic efforts to maintain a ceasefire.

Tom Burridge was travelling with a group of ceasefire monitors from the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) to a village near the port of Mariupol when fighting broke out.
