Greek debt crisis: PM Tsipras 'ready for compromise'

Greek PM Alexis Tsipras has arrived at a summit in Brussels along with other EU leaders and told the media he is "ready for an honest compromise."

It comes as eurozone finance ministers continue to discuss proposals for a third bailout for Greece.

Without a deal, it is feared Greece could crash out of the euro.
