Could this Turkish airbase swing anti-IS fight? In 60 seconds

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that the US will be allowed to use a key airbase to attack IS targets.

The agreement follows months of negotiations between the US and Turkey.

US military had previously used the Incirlik airbase base, during the first war against Iraq in 1990 and also at the start of the war in Afghanistan in 2001.

The announcement comes as Turkey launched its first air strikes against Islamic State militants in Syria on Friday.
