Migrant crisis: Syrian family reunited in Hungary

Many of the thousands of Syrian migrants flowing illegally into Hungary from Serbia have been seeking help from relatives and friends already settled in the European Union.

The BBC's Murad Shishani spent the day with one young Syrian woman who had travelled 1400 kilometres (870 miles) from her home in Germany to find her cousin trapped in a Hungarian immigration centre.

Since the video was filmed, Abdullah was allowed to leave the country after being registered under EU rules.

He is now in Germany, where his cousin Sawsan and her father live.
