Migrant crisis: Lesbos makeshift camp 'utterly miserable'

Thousands of migrants and refugees have travelled to the Greek Island of Lesbos, in the hope of journeying on to Athens and northern and western Europe.

But without the correct paperwork they find themselves stranded in what the BBC's Jonny Dymond says is "an utterly miserable place".
