Migrant crisis: Syrians tell of perilous journey to Europe

The family of a young Syrian man, who drowned crossing a river in Greece, have spoken about their perilous journey to reach Europe.

Despite the grave risks, thousands continue to land on Greece's shores every day.

So far this year, more than 2,500 people are known to have lost their lives trying to cross the Mediterranean.
