Szijjarto: EU migrant quota system is 'nonsense'

Hungary's Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto says the EU's proposals for countries to take quotas of refugees were "simply nonsense". He told HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur the focus should be on how countries could get back in control of their borders.

He said he did not believe it would be possible to implement a quota system at present.
